1.  Join the Eco-Milestone via the bXTRAph App and MyBasurero App or visit the info.trashtocashback.com/challenges
2.  Visit Federal Land Eco-Milestone Badge and join the Challenge
3.  Complete the required number of recyclable kilograms
•  Pet Bottles – 50 Kilos per month, 150 kilos for 3 months
•  Aluminum Cans - 50 Kilos per month, 150 kilos for 3 months
•  Single-use Plastic – 30 Kilos per month, 90 kilos for 3 months
•  Beverage Cartons – 30 Kilos per month, 90 kilos for 3 months
4.  Drop off the recyclables at the designated MBE-C Center or Pop-up Booth

5.  Earn Environmental Points (EP) and Eco-Milestone rewards from Federal Land:
•  The Top 10 employees who meet the monthly required kilograms of PET bottles and aluminum cans will receive ₱3,000 worth of Gift Certificates from FLI HR & Admin. 
•  The Top 10 employees who meet the monthly required kilograms of single use plastics and beverage cartons will also receive ₱3,000 worth of Gift Certificates from FLI HR & Admin. 
•  The Top 10 employees who complete the three month required kilograms of any of the recyclable materials listed above will be awarded ₱5,000 worth of Gift Certificates from FLI HR & Admin.
NOTE: To get higher Environmental Points (EP), only PET bottles that are clean and clear will be accepted
6.  The program duration of Federal Land Eco-Milestone challenge is for 3 months and will start on March 15, 2026 – June 15, 2026.
