The DENR-Environment Management Bureau recently held the culminating event of Zero Waste Month, focusing on the theme "Sustainable Waste Management for Livable Communities: Zero Waste to Philippine Waters by 2040." The event also celebrated the 23rd Signing Anniversary of the Republic Act No. 9003, also known as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000. The event took place at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA Quezon City.
